On May 28, 2018, Barabasi et al. have launched an article where the application of recent advances in network control to completely describe the nervous system (of a worm) and provide mechanistic explanations for structure relations (brain connections) and observed functions is done (if the worm had hands, could be, for example, move a hand). I see that these advances can be interesting, for example, in the area of bio-hacking, being one step closer to allowing us to control (make the most of) our brain!
